112,000 sf/98 unit luxury rental building in Manhattan’s Hudson Yards neighborhood (www.mantenarentals.com). Construction commenced on 2/1/2011 and the project received a TCO in May of 2012. In late 2012 the asset was sold to Equity Residential, the largest multifamily REIT in the US.
78-84 3rd Ave, New York
Recently broke ground on a new 126,000 sf rental project in the East Village at 84 Third Ave. The project will contain 114 luxury rental units and 10,000 sf of grade retail on 3rd Avenue and 12th Street. The total capitalization of the Project is $60 million and completion is expected in Fall of 2013.

Recently developed and completed construction of St Ann's Terrace, an 850,000 square foot/641 unit mixed use development in the South Bronx.
In 2009, with a total development cost of $250 million, St. Ann's Terrace, was ranked as the 14th largest construction site in all of NYC including municipal projects such as the 2nd Avenue Subway Line and Water Tunnel #3.
The project is fully occupied.
